below I explained how well I could the whole application, I used two different designs but I hope it was understood
1.Sign Up Page
this is the log in screen, there is no sing up screen because we created the user with the highest grade in the database and gave it to the client

where employees see:

here in the tests we have the possibility to create a test if we click on that plus that takes us to another page

here we have two pages because the test can be created manually, add the question and the answers to the question, or automatically select the number of questions and the category of the employee to whom the test is addressed and generated automatically.

on the left with purple is written the number of the question, on the top right is written how many correct and how many wrong answers you have, then below the question itself and below the answers to the questions and if you select it all the container is purple.
and the two buttons below. the one on the right sends you to the next question and the other one closes the test and sends you to the first screen with tests and when you finish the test it still sends you directly to the first screen without any screen between the 2
the second screen on the home screen is the one with tasks.
in this screen the employee sees the tasks he has to check. There are 3 types of tasks so you need a filter or a way to separate these tasks.
the 3 types of tasks: 1.daily
2.weekly,
3.Monthly
they all complement each other in the same way.
Here I went into a task and completed it.
Each task consists of several steps. Each step has a title and a description the first time the description is not seen, if we click on the step also appears the description of the step .ex

ok I forgot to mention how the steps in a task work is very simple.
one step can be in 4 states.

another screen on the main screen would be the one with stocks.
the idea is that the stocks represent the physical goods from a location for example in a cafe there are raw materials coffee, milk, eggs, biscuits, etc. we call these stocks
a stock has a name, current quantity and total quantity the two gray numbers under the name have a button through which you can delete it, that shopping cart that represents the settings of a stock and that long purple button that will take us to another That plus and minus button will no longer exist

another screen is the one with the stock settings you enter after you click on that shopping cart from each stock
let's see how a stock works.
the whole phase is that we make a trigger somewhere in the cloud that runs and sends the suppliers to that stock an order.
e.g:
a cafe has coffee in stock and the quantity decreases by 10 kg, an email is sent to the supplier.
so on this page we need to find the name of the supplier, the email address, the default quantity that is set for the order, the stock name and below a message that is sent in the email.
the two buttons below, the one on the left allows you to change and save the default text in the command and the one on the right sends a manual command
